Long Time

Well its been a while since i have had a moment or two to sit down and ramble a bit. Where to start? Family pics were awesome, nobody cried, Mr. Beans and Tatertot smiled pretty and so did Fireball, my husband. Don't ya just love these nicknames. Fireball was my husband's nickname when he was our sons age; given to him by his grandfather. So anyways, pics turned out great, we were at the same mall that the two angels had their nuclear meltdown that i mentioned before. That was the 17th of Dec. We had a really good Christmas this year. It was Tatertot's first so that made it really special. We did an early Christmas with Fireball's sister and her husband and our three nephews at my mother-in-law's house on Christmas Eve in the early afternoon and then came home and put the kids to bed for a nap. On Christmas Eve night we go to my family for presents and ever since my grandfather died we don't do a traditional dinner for Christmas Eve. This year was a Feliz Navidad; we had tacos. I usually bring little smokies every year, but this year since i have two kids my family thought that I could just make brownies and pickle wraps which are a pain in the ass to make. So I make two pans of brownies one w/ frosting one w/o, pickles wraps and these awesome nacho things that my sister in law makes actually her husband does. this was my first time making them and it is time consuming. thankfully the kids were still napping. so 4 dishes to bring plus my two kids, husband and presents and the digital camera and the tripod. gee, glad i could not make the little smokies (you put them in a crock pot and let them cook in bar-b-q sauce). For Christmas day we went to my mother-in-law's again and ate lunch. Turkey and the fixings. finally, real Christmas food! I love me some turkey.
Now fast forward to the 27th and Tatertot has her 4 month check up which consists of 3 shots in the legs for immunizations. Unlike her brother, she actually likes their ped. She was fine after the shots on tues. Wed. was a different story. We wake up at 9:30 am and i give Tatertot some infant's tylenol and she gags on it and pukes all over our bed. so now i have to wash bed sheets. she is basically inconsolable after this and Mr. Beans wakes up and has peed out of his diaper and so now i need to wash his sheets too. fast forward again to Tatertot around 1 pm and she again is crying nonstop for about an hour. Try to give her some more tylenol thinking she was in pain or uncomfortable from the shots and she gags again and pukes all over the kitchen floor. By the end of the day I have washed two sets of bedsheets, one puky one pissy. Cleaned up puke off the floor and changed a two yr old's nasty stinky diaper. I was literally up to my elbow yesterday in piss shit and puke. Again, wouldn't trade it for the world, maybe a continent though.
